For the past 7 years, she has worked as a Personal Support Worker and Registered Practical Nurse in retirement home, long term care, and hospital settings. Having worked in long-term care as a Registered practical nurse since graduating in 2018 from Algonquin College, Ashley knew she loved working where she made a difference. “I first found my passion for nursing during the birth of my first child when nurses were so compassionate with me.
